Port of Azores, one of the EALING Project partner ports, held its Local Stakeholder Workshop on Tuesday, November 28th. The event addressed issues related to the implementation of OPS (Onshore Power Connection) in Ilha de S. Miguel, Ponta Delgada—the location where future OPS installations are planned. With a high-quality audience of local stakeholders, the event delved into some of the challenges that small ports may encounter during OPS implementation, offering suggestions and highlighting best practices based on the experience of the Port of Azores.
